How to get heard on comedy correspondent

Our favorite way to gather the topical comedy clips for our show is to record them ourselves. You can email us and suggest a place for us to record, perhaps a place where you'll be performing and doing some topical material.

If you're not in our area (Sacramento or Bay Area) or there is some other reason why we're not able to get out and record you, you can always record yourself, remembering that we're only looking for live performances, in front of an audience! You can get your clip to our attention in the following ways:
  • You can post your clip to youtube or any other video sharing platform and then share it on our face book page: Click Here for our facebook page!
  • Or post your video link on twitter as a reply to us using @TopicalComedy. Visit our facebook page here: http://twitter.com/#!/TopicalComedy
  • We will be reading some of favorite topical tweets on the air as well. To have your written quips considered be sure to use @TopicalComedy so we see it and so we know you're submitting it for us to share.
We're open to your ideas as well on how to make this as user friendly for comics as possible.

WE'RE ON THE AIR!

After two years of hard work Comedy Correspondent premiered today on Capital Public Radio's Insight with Jeffrey Callison.
You can hear it here: http://www.capradio.org/news/insight/2011/01/28/insight-paying-for-college--silent-french-film--comedy-correspondent

Please consider dropping them a note or visiting their facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Insight-on-Capital-Public-Radio/96840296757
to show support for the show.

Now, we should be locked in to go monthly and to launch, very soon, a live monthly show featuring topical and political comedy.
